LUNA 7.4.2.3 Release Notes

LUNA 7.4.2.3 is a patch release to fix the following bug:

• Fixed an issue whereby the Relay Button would disappear after adding a new collection and restarting tomcat.
• Fixed a bug whereby loading an image into the Viewer's Detail View on an iPad resulted in a blank screen.
