Fix for Flicker

Flicker changed its format to only use https:// (instead of http://). This caused requests from Luna to just spin and never resolve when doing an External Media Search from the LUNA Viewer. This is the fix for that problem.

There is no need to stop the tomcat service just unzip the attached javascript file EMOWrapperFlickr.js and replace the file in 
LUNA/tomcat/luna_apps/luna.war/js/onlineMediaSearch

This can be done on all versions of LUNA
Flickr's api now requires https and we have made the adjustments in this file.
