Next, you will be presented with a dialog box. To continue with the process of rebuilding the Book index click the Refresh button.
The following message will be displayed as the Viewer index is being rebuilt. Click the Close button to exit the dialog box.
To Rebuild Book Indexes for ALL collections, Follow the instructions below:
To switch on: in dispatch-servet.xml, set "bookTextRebuildEnabled" to "true", the button will appear in Collection Manager.
To tell this button to rebuild all books across collections, in application-context.xml, set "rebuildAll" to "true"
